BTA Rehearsal Dinner Packages

So lets talk about your wedding rehearsal dinner.  Most Brides and Grooms never think about this until it is right upon you.  Do your Grandparents know the other Grandparents?  Do your Aunts and Uncles, know your finance's family?  Do all the Bridesmaids know all the Groomsmen?  At many rehearsal dinners the answer to these question is, No they don't. Many times the Rehearsal dinner is so quite, you can hear a pin drop entertainment is far from your mind.

 This is where BTA can come in to help.  We have developed a very FUN package to make sure your quests get to know each other, get to interact and have Fun all at the same time and it has nothing to do with music from your DJ Entertainer.

So, what are you doing for your Rehearsal Dinner?  Many people forget that the Rehearsal Dinner is actually the very first family gathering of every highly anticipated wedding celebration. The package that BTA Entertainment puts together is truly one-of-a-kind. It involves three extremely important elements needed for a great get together. First is the ceremony walk-through. Your Entertainer is also an expert in coordinating wedding ceremony rehearsals. Second is the after dinner oration where BTA will share unique ways that the wedding party can assist the guests of honor by being great ambassadors to the wedding. Lastly, it’s time for some fun as your BTA Entertainer will host several interactives to entertain your Rehearsal dinner guests.  Everyone Paticipates in Sit Down if, a very fun interactive where we always find one winner, the “Bride & Groom Trivia Challenge” and “Pre-Newlywed” games. There are two versions of the package.  In version 1, it is as described above.  This is a great package if you do not have a planner or coordinator.  We handle everything.  Its a floating 3 hours that covers your acttual rehearsal, dinner and fun.

Version 2, is also floating and covers 2 hours of Dinner Direction and FUN.
